Upgrade Workstations or Servers First?

Hi

I'm about to upgrade a NT4 network to W2K. I know it's not a big issue but what is the stated Microsoft order of doing the upgrade?. Should you upgrade the workstations and then the servers or vice versa?

Is there a stated Microsoft preference?
