Hi All
I am currently upgrading an NT4 domain into Active Directory. The NT4 Domain is being updated as a child object of our AD in the states. Everything runs fine until the actually DCpromo part of the upgrade, as its replicating details and schema's etc I get an error telling me that Active Driectory was unable to create the object "Netbios_domainname" access is denied. I also get an Error in the event log of event id 5721. I have been through all the Microsoft stuff and its not asmost people think permissions on the NTDS folders as I have gone to the extent of resetting all permissions on the Winnt folder to allow everyone full access.
any suggestions would be very welcome
