My team looks after networks in schools and we are going to be upgrading about 80 sites from NT4 Server to Server 2003 in the near future. We're evaluating both the upgrade and the rebuild options. In many ways rebuild would be preferable and we're looking at ways to automate this such as RIS and scripting and the ADMT, but how can we automate the changing of the network settings on the clients, which can be XP, 2K or 98. Is there a registry setting we could push out before we rebuilt the server?
