upgrade veritas netbackup 3.4.1??

Guys,
Just want to confirm with you, is there a way to upgrade Veritas Netbackup 3.4.1 MAster server to Version 4.5? What are the implications and how do you do it? Any issues? Or please help me find the URL that tells about this.

I am new to NetBackup but I subscribe to the mailinglist at and a lot of people write that migrating from 3.4 to 4.5 is easy.

Upgrade to the latest version of 3.4 first (3.4.2 if I remember right) an your master and all media servers first and then migrate them all to 4.5.
