upgrade user licencess question small business edtion

we have small business edtion 8.1 ten user we installed in november

I need more users and its cheaper to buy the 25 user edtition than to buy another 10 user pack

my question is can I continue to use the 10 user edtion along with the 25 user edtion or will I need to first unistall the 10 user edtion from both the server and the cleints and then install the 35 user
