Upgrade to SP1

I am trying to upgrade my Exchange 2010 to SP1. I have done all the prerequisites but one I can not get to install. It says I need KB979744 installed(Client Access Roles Prerequisites). I have tried to install it but when I run it I get None of the products that are addressed by this software update are installed on this computer. Click cancel to exit setup.

Any one have any ideas.

I have installed .NET Framework 4 extended and .NET Framework 4 Client Profile.
