Upgrade to SOLARIS 10 problem

Sirs,

I am attempting to upgrade my x86 Solaris 9 install to Solaris 10 on my Dell box. Am using the "Live Upgrade" process. When attempting to use the lucreate utility, I'm getting the message that I need to install patches for lucreate to work. I patched the system and I'm still getting the error message. Any advice?
