Upgrade to Series 7

Has anyone actually already completed a project for upgrading your production environment from Version 6.xx of the Cognos to Series 7 ?

We are looking at upgrading Impromptu, All of Powerplay, Upfront, Decision Stream, etc to Series 7. Old and new versions on different NT Servers.

We are trying to budget time and capital for this project, but have no idea if we are talking 1 week, or 6 months !!

I would appreciate responses from anyone who has some idea of the scope and time of such a project, however vague. All I need is a ball park - (No less than X weeks, etc)

Depending on the amount of reports, the requests, and the knowledge of the people doing the upgrade, it would take about 2 months with parallel processing time being allowed for the 2nd month. (Working straight through on this only for one person).
