Upgrade to Realese 10.1, Park is broken 4

I just upgraded a 9.1 to a 10.1. Before the upgrade I had the DSS Status (system/telephony) unchecked so they only need to press the Park button once. After the upgrade, the DSS status button is still unchecked, but they now need to press Park, then Connect. I've checked it, merged, unchecked it again, merged, they still need to press Connect to unpark a call. Am I missing something, or is this a bug?

Put "TUI:NO_SINGLE_PARK_INSPECT"(no quotes) in the NoUser Source Numbers. This was changed in one of the 9.1 service packs if I recall correctly.

This was fixed/changed on I believe 9.1.7. We had a big thread going and eventually someone posted that nouser code to fix the issue.

The truth is just an excuse for lack of imagination.
