I need to upgrade several workstations to Outlook 2000. They are using Outlook 97 as a mail client and for contact lists -- I've done that uprgade many times with no problems.
However, they are also using MS Schedule to maintain their calendars. The issue here is that each manager needs to give a secretary access to his/her calendar, and the IT consultant who set up this system told them that Outlook would not allow a secretary to remotely view calendar information.
My concern is:
1) Can I import calendar information neatly from MS Schedule into Outlook 2000?
2) Once this information has been imported, how can I enable the secretaries to view the manager's calendar information from across the network, while the manager is also viewing this information?
Thanks for your patience -- I'm a newbie with these applications...
