Hello,

Does anyone current use the Avaya Aura Contact Center 6.0? Please give me some inputs how you like the new product compare to Nortel Contact Center 6.0?

How is it compare to CC 6.0?
The cost for the upgrade?
Is it worth to do this upgrade?

I am planing to upgrade to AACC with 20 Agent Desktop, my cost is $30K including the labor and licenses and Avaya Aura CC6 CCT nod Base. Any information, feed back, recommendation would be appreciated.
