Upgrade to Arcserve 2000 on NT 4

I am wanting to upgrade Arcserve from 6.5 (build 620) to Arcserve 2000 on an HP Netserver running NT 4.0 sp 5. The operating system will stay NT 4.0. What steps should I take or are there any precautions I should look out for?
