Upgrade to 8.0 yields errors with Report Options

We've just gone through an upgrade from 7.5 to 8.0, and we received errors regarding our report options table for General Ledger (GL70500).

I've seen discussions about this on the MS discussion boards, but no real solutions.

We're about to ugrade a client that has about 30 companies, and LOTS of report options. Any ideas on why this happened?

I had this on one client. Not sure why just that one. In that case I just DTS'd the data from old table into new table.

We thought that this would be an isolated incident, but sure enough, on our next 7.5 to 8.0 upgrade we got the exact same errors...

This could be really messy for that 30 company client we've got.

I looked at Hot Topics and Known Issues on upgrade instructions and didn't see anything. I also looked at the service pack fix list for SP 1, 2 and 3. And, I searched KnowledgeBase. Couldn't find anything. I may have missed it but I'd say if you have a support plan, I'd do a support case with MBS. If it's a bug they usually won't charge for the incident if you remind them.
