I have a system that I upgraded from 1.0 xc to 6.1 xc. No problems except there are about six users that have all six target lines app. on each set. Some a/r, some just appear. the problem is, before the upgrade-when a person recv a call on a target line, it would show on the other sets. Then if it was on hold or in use, it would show like a regular loop start trunk on the other sets? Now, when the call is answered, all the other sets dont see it after the call is answered. They have to transfer the caller. Any ideas??? I have never seen target lines work that way before. HELP!

Do a feature * 0 and press the line buttons on those sets and make sure they are what they say! maybe they are hunt group keys? just some thoughts!

Those buttons are the right target lines. I wrote down all the programming from the old software just in case. I never checked to see if any hunt groups were set up. If I put them in a hunt group, would that work? If so how would that be set up?

Well it would be nice to figure out why just 6 sets dont act like the rest but my thinking cap isnt on this week it seems, probably just as easy to PARK the call (Feature 74)and it will say 101 on the screen, anyone can grab that call by dialing 101 with their intercom key, just a quik fix.
