Upgrade to 5.6 - Error AR Inquiry Migration Tool

Hi,

I'm trying to upgrade Accpac 5.5 to 5.6PU3 on SQL 2005.
When running the AR Inquiry Migration Tool I get
"Error Migrating AR Inquiry data to AR 5.6a. Invalid object name 'UROPT'.

Would anyone have a solution for this please?

The reason here might be that it is installed but not activated.
