upgrade to 3.7 from 3.6.0

We have TME10 3.6 with Framework/Distributed monitoring/Enterpriseconsole/Inventory/User admin/security management all at v3.6.
Our TMR server / TEC server and two managed nodes are running AIX4.3.3. we have around 300 endpoints deployed. we have few endpoint problems. Yet to deploy another 300 remote endpoints. We want to upgrade to v3.7. I would like here from the exprienced professionals about v3.7 upgrade. What are all the things one has to look for and take care? etc.
