Your performance increase will be very noticeable because Win2K utilizes all the memory you can stick in your machine. BUT, do a clean install of Win2K, don't install over your old OS. After the install, make sure everything (meaning hdwr & sftwr) works to your satisfaction. Then load your Adobe and report back your performance increase.
