Upgrade to 2000 Server 1

What I need to do is upgrade our Servers to WIN2K Server.

I would like to do it this way.

First I have installed another Server (acting as BDC) I have installed WINS, DHCP (inactive scope, same as the PDC)
And I will also install DNS.

What I would like to know is what the best way to upgrade to 2000.

I want promote the BDC to PDC take the old PDC offline and setup the new PDC with WIN2K

I would like to change the DNS on the new PDC to be primary. Is this easy to do?

If so any info on this would be great!.

Also any other help with upgrading to 2000 from NT4.0 sp6
