We recently upgraded our IP Office to 2.0 and added an analog module. We can access the IP Office via a laptop wirelessly or wired from the office its in; however when going over the network from another office, we can no longer get in.
At login we get the message "select control unit to read the configuration from" with no configs to choose from.
When we login from the actual office location we get the password prompt with text that shows (IP address) 2.0 (18). Never seen this before.
This switch has a T1 connection voice to our main Definity and does not use IP. The network is good. Any ideas?

1) Check that the IPO has an ip route back to the remote office

2) in manager select File/preferences & set the IP address of the remote IPO before trying to open.
