Upgrade SX200 ICP rel 1.2.0.11

The release notes do not cover upgrades from release 1.

Can anyone confirm that I probably need to hand punch the system?

You should be able to upload a kermit backup.

If you look through the older release notes for Rel 3, you will find that you need to do a Full FTP backup of the Rel 1 machine, then do an intial installation of Rel 3 software and then restore the full FTP database. Once there, you should be good to follow upgrade path as described in Rel 4.

Rel 3 is available on MOL.

Not sure if you could do the same with rel 1 to 4. I suspect not because there was a change in where software was stored on the machine between Rel 1 and 2, and there is now a partition change in going to Rel 4. I would take the time to go from 1 to 3 to 4.
