Hi Dears,
I want to upgrade HiPath 4000 v3.0 duplex device to OpenScape 4000 v8. Can any body help me for detail of licenses upgrade?
For example we have "SWA Promo Upgrade", "SWA Promo Partial Upgrade", "Partial Upgrade", "Upgrade" and "GetCurrent Upgrade", what is different between them?

Upgrading to V8 will require new hardware as well as software.
The licencing changes as well from Comscendo to Flex Licensing (I think - it does with V7, don't know if there are further changes with V8).
You are best speaking to your account manager to discuss your options.

Comscendo may have started in V6. I know Linux rather than unixware started in V6 for sure, but not sure about comscendo.
