Hello,

I'm trying to upgrade a server edition from 11.1.1 to 11.1.3. Upgrade work well but i loose most of the configuration : all user, groups, lines are reset. IPs and passwords are still working.

I'm using the iso methods describe here :
Can someone now how to success the upgrade ?

thanks :)

@IPOTS
It's exactly how i do it !
2 times test, once on our server once for a client. Both need to restore vm snapshot...

I have never experienced this issue.
The Avaya recommended way is upgrade the Primary first then Secondary and expansions.
Update the Manager And VMPro clients.

Maybe something was off on the original deployment. i.e. doing the initial configuration on 7071 first, following by the voicemail setup in 7070.
