Upgrade SBS 2K3 to Full 2K3 Server

We are currently using Win 2K3 SBS with exchange server and this is also are Primary Domain Controller. We also use Routing and remote access. I would like to upgrade this server to the Windows 2K3 server.
We are putting in a new server using Windows 2K3 Enterpirse and I would like to make this the Primary Domain Controller and keep the Exchange server on the current server.
I have heard the Microsoft makes a transistion pack to do the upgrade on the current SBS server, but I am unable to find this. Is it still available and if so can where can I find it?

Thanks,the transition pack listed here is for the R2 version, will this work for the non-R2 version as well?
