Upgrade RAID 0 hard drive capacity

Hello,

I have a server with win2k advanced server, an adaptec 3200s raid card and a 6 bay hard drive rack. I have two hard drives using RAID 0 that have the OS / AD and other programs on it. I am running out of room so how would I upgrade the drives?

Would I just add one larger drive, rebuild the array. Take out the other smaller drive and rebuild the array again?
