Upgrade R11.1.2.3 failed for Gateways

Hello community,
after the successful upgrade of primary and secondary server from R11.0 to R11.1.2.3, all the IP500V2 gateways abort their update via IP Office Web Manager.
I get the following error messages:
Unable to upgrade.Error: Authentication failed. on 10.145.42.10
Upgrade failed.: Failing at task 'Pull upgrade', step 'Pulling files

Although the passwords are new and the same in all servers and gateways, I get the following error when synchronizing:
Security database synchronization has failed due to the following reason(s): 403:Forbidden : 10.140.42.6

The upgrade attempt was recorded with Sysonitor:

Can anybody help me to find the solution? I couldn't find a solution on google and avaya-support.

I had the same issue, its a known issue, I had to upgrade the IP500 manually.
 
This cannot be the solution for a customer who is 6 hours away
