Upgrade R11.0 to R.11.1 SP1

Hi guys,

Is there any one experience on upgrading Avaya IP office 500 V2 R11.0 to R11.1 SP1?

And also to install the feature pack R11.1.FP1 after the upgrade?

What part are you having trouble with? I upgraded from R11.0 to R11.1 without any issues. I'm now running R11.1 Service Pack 2. Decided to stay away from FP (Feature Pack 1) for now...

Maybe look at

before installing the FP1. I did SE with one IP500v2 from 11.0.4.4 to 11.1 SP1 and seemed go through ok following the upgrade notes, says upgrade to 11.0.4.4 I was already there, then for IP500v2 you just use the Manager to upgrade.

@tac84 the avaya communicator for web is not working on Chrome. This happens when google updated the chrome.

Basically we have IP office 500 V2 Essential Edition, R11.0 and needs to upgrade to R11.1 with FP1.

We do have application server installed in CentOS.

Can you please let me know any steps if any to perform the above upgrade?

hi guys,

we managed to upgrade the IP office and the application server to r11.1 but the issue now is the recorded calls are not showing in media manager.

The recorded calls are still on the repository folder but they are not showing on the media manager/recordings.

Any feedback?
