Upgrade Question 1

We upgrade to Succesion 3.0 in June of this year. We are currently getting ready to do another upgrade next week. Our service provider is saying that they can add the keycodes without having to INI the switch. Is this possible with succesion 3.0? We are adding two media gateway cards, pca, and 100 ip softphones.

the command is knew in load 143, if it is just a keycode upgrade. and a redundant switch... works very very smooth.

they are pretty good about that now. Ususally they will let you know if a restart is needed, but I have done a bunch of upgrades and put in patches and keycodes, with no restarts needed at all.

Most keycodes can be upgraded during the day but I still wouldn't recommend doing it doing the busiest time of the day, maybe come in early or stay late to do it, in this business you just never know haha
