Upgrade question

We are at Metaframe Presentation 4.0 and we are thinking about upgrading to XenApp6.
We deliver mainly desktops, very few published apps,and Web access. We have only about 25 users.
Can someone who did the upgrade tell us how to proceed?

To be honest its such a big leap i would start from scratch, the user profiles will be either 2000 or server 2003 and they are not compatible with server 2008r2 so they will need recreating anyway...for a 25 user network it would be just as quick to start again.
