UPGRADE PSPX TO PSPX2 - FOR WINDOWS 7

I do have some knowledge but, not enough to figure out what to do to upgrade my PSPX when I don't know what program I should upgrade to, I don't see PSPX2, I see only "PSP photo14" on corel's site. I design websites and I use tubes, graphics etc... Can anyone tell me exactly what I should look for? I will purchase a new laptop and will want to use programs that are compatible with Windows7. This is very scary, it seems like it will be too costly for a senior. All the info I can get will be appreciated. I do know what to look for in a laptop, its the programs that go with the system that is eluding me.
