I am not able to get new NT321 for my system. The new NT5xx need a newer system software.

What is the correct upgrade procedure to upgrade the firmware/software of a tde200? card first or system first? Do I need to upgrade all cards as well? thx.

you will need the mpr upgrade to take the 5xx series ( not just v5) phones and all the dlc /dhlc cards that you want to use will have to upgrade to v8

Is there any upgrade guide? or procedure?

Not sure of a guide, I have not seen one. I have attached one I just put together

Note: for anyone going to use this guide :
This is just a guide on how to upgrade there may be dialogue boxes that will pop up that have not being mentioned in it and some common sense/knowledge is required to upgrade the system
If you don’t understand all of the instructions please do not attempt to do this or you could end up with dead system

Thanks obtsystems. I can't wait and I have tried in my way. Luckily it seems to be work.

1. I download UPCMC 7.8.2.0R3 and firmware version 8
2. I upgrade UPCMC to the latest version 7.8.2.0 R3
3. I upgrade all DLC16 cards to v8
4. I download the the LIC files and DMSYS file in UPCMC
5. I convert the DMSYS file with UPCMC
6. I shutdown the system.
7. I unplug the SD card
8. I backup and rename the PRIVATE folder in the SD card
9. I put the PRIVATE folder of the v8 firmware in the SD card
10. I copy the converted new dmsys and LIC file in the new PRIVATE folder (PRIVATE\MEIGROUP\PCC\PBX)
11. put the SD card back and power up.
12. Finished!

SEEMS no problem.

I have heard it done that way with out issues,we were shown in training the other method and just prefer to do it that way
