Upgrade Procedure catalyst 2924

Hello World...
I'm working with a Catalyst 2924, I'm try to upgrade the software.
The problem is when a used de command "switch# tar /xtract tftp://140.75.1.91/c2900XL-c3h2s-mz-120.5.2-XU.tar".
The System send a Error message "%Error opening tftp://140.75.1.91/c2900XL-c3h2s-mz-120.5.2-XU.tar (Timed out)"

I'm using the PumpKin as TFTP Server. I have connection, i used the ping to very it and is ok.

Any sugestion..!!! Help Please..!!!

Solution...

The key is the properties in the FIREWALL in Windows, Under Exceptions Tab, select share files and printers.
