I have a Definity system g3 v.8
My service provider did an upgrade to their switch.
Now when certain calls come in the console continues to ring and will not transfer to the audix system. I have noticed when the call go to the audix system the display reads " 123-123-1234 to company name"
When the call do not go to the audix system the display on the console reads "123-123-1234 to unkown name"
I'm not a wizzard so any insight will be grateful.
