Upgrade Netware 3.12 to 5.0

HI,
Lets see if I got this right. You have a NW 3.12 server with a 250 user license installed.
You want to upgrade the server to NW 5.1 using a 40 user license.
If my assumption above is correct, when your done you will have a NW 5.1 server which will license 40 users.

I would have to agree. Licensing in NetWare 5.x is done by NDS not by server like NetWare 3.x -----------------------------------------------------
