Upgrade NAM version 3.0 to 4.x Keycode part number

I have a NAM 3.0 that I need to update to the latest version. The customer needs PRI. I can figure out the KSU part of the upgrade fine. My problem is finding the part number/s for the keycode/software to upgrade the NAM from 3.0 to 4.X. I need to shop for it.

From what I understand I order the key code. Should I receive a CD and Boot disk with the keycode? If it is a seperate part number I need that too. I have access to a Backpack to do the upgrade myself.

1st of all you'll need the NAM serial number for the kecode to be generated as for what you get, you'll get the 4.1 software package which includes the boot disk then the keycode is seperate. If no one replies with the part numbers by tomorrow, I'll post them when I get in the office.

Ok the part numbers you need are NTAB3391 for the keycode and NTAB3388 for the software package, I hope this helps.

you need the keycode when going from 3.0 to 4.1
