Upgrade nam 4.0.4c to 4.1.05 access v.602h

I just downloaded the 4.1.05 from the Nortel web site but cannot seem to get the upgrade to load to the 4.0.4c nam. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

You need to have UNzipped files to a ISO bootable CD for the upgrade. Run the VMboot file from the CD to get your boot disk. Once done it will load. Instructions are in the file next to where you dowloaded the software.
