Upgrade multiple machines to sp2 2

I have to upgrade many machines to sp2. Is it possible to only run windows update on one of them to actually download the files? It will take forever if they all have to pull the files down off the internet.

Can I just download on one, and then have them all read from there? If it helps we're running a Window 2000 Server on the network.

and then install it on multiple PCs.
