Upgrade Micros WS4LX to 512MB CF Card

Site upgrading to Res 5.7 and after going through all the hoops from Oracle as to Serial # since they are larger udocs they now say we need 512MB Compact Flash.
Units currently have 128 cards. New 512 formatted to FAT on Pc. Place in ws4lx and terminal loads to Micros Blue Boot Screen and sits there?
Looked at bios but don"t see anything to change.
