Greetings all- it's been a while since I've been here, and GREAT to see the old stuff still exists. I have a customer that has a 2.2 proc in their Magix, and recently has to be re-started almost every morning- errors are almost all against the processor (slot 0) thought, since I have the orange labeled Magix upgrade card, I would try that 1st- am proposing an IP Office, but this is a private school for special needs students, and don't know the budget. I have used this in years gone by to upgrade, both processors and boards, but for the life of me, I can't find the procedure to upgrade the processor. Anybody out there have the cheat sheet for this? I know I hve it somewhere, but as days go by (and Years) finding where I archived info is getting to be a chore. Any help would be appreciated- Thanks in advance.

Dexman- thank , thank you thank you- Oddly enough, I have 4 orange cards- 2 Legend (r6.1,R7) and 2 Magix (r2.1 and R4) have used them in the past, a lot, but not recently. I got to the validation ok, incompatabible releases, and only screen option was;back'= forgot that at&t/lucent/avaya were masters of hidden stuff, and lost my notes. Oddly, none of the 4 cards has comcode you listed, but took me right to where I needed to be. Upgraded processor, wrote converted translations to it, and backed up to flash card, so Monday should go off without a hitch. Again, thanks for timely response, with info that was needed and accurate.GREAT job!!
