Ok I have a CICS with NA DR 2.0 EXP software and a Flash 2 with Eng SP S/W Version 1.5.0. Question is if I upgrade the KSU to CICS SIP 6.1 will the Flash Voice Mail be ok or do I need a Upgrade for the Voice mail to. I hope someone has the answer before I do the upgrade to the KSU. Thanks

Upgrade KSU, V. Mail OK?

Depending on which compatibility matrix you look at, for the latest CICS you would need either Flash version 1.9 or 2.0, so it looks like you're going to have to upgrade.
You might consider something like one of the Norstar CallPilots, it may work out cheaper (or not too much more) than an upgrade and you'd have the latest and greatest.
