Upgrade IPOffice R10 to R11 Step By Step Guide

Hello All,

In My company we have IP OFFICE 500V2 and running version is R10. we want to upgrade to R11. Anybody have done this before ? if then please share me if any step by step guide available and what pros and cons we should take care during upgrade ?

The information for upgrades are in the release notes, this forum isn't really meant to provide you with step by step guides on simple tasks like upgrades.

If you have a specific technical question regarding the upgrade I'm sure someone will answer you.

Step one. Buy an upgrade license. If you can't complete this step you might want to contact a vendor.
