Upgrade IPO Application Server 2

Hello ...

I have a Physical Application Server 11.0.4.7.0 build 6 Running VMpro and Media Manager, what is the best way to upgrade it to the latest 11.1.2.3 and avoid any problems that could lead to the server crashing?

Take a full backup of the server, VMPro custom wav files, call flows, etc... Create an upgrade boot USB using the USB creator.
Look at the upgrade notes on media manager files to be sure there is nothing unique about that.
Boot from the USB and let it upgrade. The server will shut down. Remove the USB and boot it up.

Note Latest release is 11.1.3
