Upgrade Help: MQ v5.2 to v5.2.1

Before we upgrade our WinNT 4.0 system from v5.2 to v5.2.1, are there any steps I should take beforehand (i.e. other than cold server backups)? Is there a tool that can be used to extract/dump the current channels, local & remote quests, etc?

I have heard to download a IBM Support Pack that has the 'saveqgmr' program, but I don't know which support pack this is located in. Anyone have it or know of a better tool to use instead?
