Yes, you can upgrade from 3.2 right to 7.0

In regards to the Zen 3.1 Upgrade to Zen 7. I have alot of Applications that are used through the Start Menu. I now know that the new Zen 7.0 has to have an agent installed and 3.1 didn't.
Do you know if the applications that I have set for version 3.1 will work with 7.0 or do they all need to be recreated???

No, none of your applications will work after you upgrade, but you do not have to recreate them. You have to migrate them.
