upgrade from visio 5 to visio 2000

Hi

I upgrade visio 5.0 to visio 2000
When i launch the update I have a probleme, the installation stopped and warn me

"The installation programs can't find your version of visio, if you install another visio product, write the serial number of the products "

In fact i have the original cd with the licence, but i haven t got any number as the installation program wants

When the install is ok , the installation program don't ask for this number.
