I am upgrading a project from VB4 to VB6 and I get "Could Not Be Loaded" messages for the below listed controls.
I haven't used anything except Microsoft VB controls anywhere in my project and so I would expect an orderly
upgrade to the new ActiveX componets. What do I need to do?

Not Loaded: Grid16.OCX, Anibtn16.ocx, crystl16.ocx, gauge16,ocx. graph16.ocx
keysta16.ocx, msoutl16.ocx, spin16.ocx

Thanks for you help!!!!
Have you set the upgrade controls option in the project properties dialogue. If you haven't then this won't upgrade the controls for you.
Most of these controls aren't part of the standard installation either. For VB5 you had to go to the Tools directory on the Enterprise CD and manually install them. This is probably the same for VB6.
BruceW,
I had the same problem awhile ago and I found an executable in the Microsoft KB that you can download an run on your machine. This will load the the missing .OCXs that you mentioned. I cannot find my KB printout this morning and so I cannot give you anymore information. I know there is one. Good Luck. If I find my copy, I will let you know but in the meantime go ahead and search the MS KB.
