Upgrade from SI6.3 to SI9.5

I know that AVAYA does not offer such an upgrade but we have a situation that we would like to assist with but can find no credible docs that address that now on the "support" website. It seems they purge the old docs as the new loads come out and for a small company to unload a 100k for CM3 is not in the budget. If anyone knows of any of the old upgrade made easy docs that cover such and upgrade we would appreciate a link or whatever help. Thanks
