My company is currenly upgrading from R5 to R6.5.3. I have been installing R6 over the existing R5 installation and upgrading users mail file design to Mail6. It has been brought to my attention that I should also upgrade each users names.nsf to pernames.ntf. What changes are made throughout this process? There are no visual ones when you view the PAB. Would it be detrimental not to upgrade the PAB and what are the benefits to upgrading it. Thanks.
