Upgrade from MM 2.0 to 3.1 Outlook Client

We are in the process of upgrading our MM from 2.0 to 3.1 (with an MSS). We currently have about 30 people or so, using the Outlook client. After the upgrade is complete, is a reinstall of the client necessary or is there a service pack that we can push out? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

You might be able to install the new client over the existing one. I would test this first though. The install may uninstall the previous client before continuing with it's own installation. Make sure you use the latest client for your MM version.

I have been told by Avaya T3 TAC to remove the old client and install the new client. This provides a "clean" install of the OTC client. I have followed this same advice and it has worked several times for me.
