Upgrade from BC12 SP 2 to MX-ONE SP 8

Hi ,
I want to upgrade 11 lim system from BC12 SP2 to BC 13 sp8 what will be the suitable steps for that !!

Picks up the PCREGEN.
Make a software package from INL and enter the data again regenerated.
Update boards and replace those that can not be updated with the new generation.
Check eventual updates of the phones, DECT Base Station, etc.. etc.
