Upgrade from Access 2000 to 2002

After I upgraded my access 2000 to 2002, I ran into a problem. I don't understand why when I open a query in Access 2002 the whole database closes. This only happens to 4 querys. Has anybody experienced this problem before?

You may check the references:
when in VBE (Al+F11) menu Tools -> References ...
